Some people only walk this earth for a short time.  Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us.  JulieAnne Fein, 45, of Merriam, Kansas passed away on June 12, 2020

A Celebration of Life will be held from 5pm – 10pm on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at The Mission Theatre

JulieAnne illuminated this world on January 29, 1975 to Judy Anne Malone in Kansas City, Kansas.  She graduated from Beloit High School and continued her education at Johnson County Community College in computer programming.  Julie worked as a certified nursing assistant for a number of years.

Julie was married to Andrew Lawrence Fein on June 2, 2005.  They were married 15 years.

Julie was an exceptional wife and mother of two children, Izabel (19) and Oliver Fein (13).  She cared deeply for her family and friends.  She did this not out of obligation but because of who she was.  She was always the first to offer help.  She regularly put her owns needs and wants behind those she cared about.

Though Julie’s health was failing for years, few people knew the extent to which she struggled. Her joy for life and indomitable spirit kept her pushing through the pain.

It would be wrong to say that Julie lost her battle with diabetes because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Julie stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Julie. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight.  Her dream was to get married and have children.  She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children. Anyone who knows them knows that she was a star in their eyes, and that’s all that ever matter to her.

Julie is survived by spouse – Andrew, daughter – Izabel, and son – Oliver Fein of Merriam, Kansas; Mother, Judy Malone of Lenexa, Kansas; Brother Timothy Malone, Sister-in-law Mai Lin and niece Angelina of Olathe; Uncle Steve Rose of Bonner Springs, Kansas and numerous cousins, nieces and extended family and dear friends.
