I am so sorry to hear of your loss of Ron. I only met him the one time the Hillcrest group had dinner at your house but he was a lively personality and very friendly to all of us. I hope your memory of all of the good times you had together will help to heal your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers in this difficult time.

  5. Mike George Says:

I am really saddened to know of Ron’s passing. We were friends since the day he began working as an apprentice electrician, and his contributions to the electrical industry in this area were very impressive. But more importantly, he was a truly nice man and good friend, always helping others and being a good example to fellow workers and associates. Although he and I were not able to stay in touch in later years, I can truly say that we remained friends for over 40 years. My condolences to all of his family members, and especially Laura.

  6. Beverly Falley Says:

  8. Dan Coester Says:

Diane and I are so sad to hear about Ron’s passing. He was a really good man. I used to see him occasionally when he would come through the museum. It was always good to catch up on what the family was doing. Diane and I will always remember the boys in daycare. I’m sure we could come up with some embarrassing stories about all 3 of them. We will try to see you at the memorial. Diane’s mom passed on the 22 and the services are on the 26th. Again, so sorry to hear about Ron. Please take care of yourselves.

  9. Bob Morgan Says:

I respected Ron for his abilities as an electrician, and especially his people skills as a Project Manager, and Man Power Supervisor at Huxtable/P1. A good friend, and great boss. My life is enriched in so many ways for having know him. Thanks Man.

  10. Marilyn Rose Says:

I came to Huxtable & Assoc. in 1997 as a billing clerk.
Ron was my first Project Manager to work with.

  11. Ryan Courtney Says:

Ron was always a great person to speak with and always had great insights about the electrical industry and life in general. I am fortunate to have know him and worked with him. You will be missed, Ron.

  12. Ron McNabb Says:

This news comes with great sadness. Ron and I worked together on several projects over the years. Due to our name placement on the email list, we were always receiving each other’s emails. We’d forward and sometimes get quite a laugh. He leaves a huge hole in P1, and in me. I can not begin to understand the sadness his family must feel. He has left us all too soon. My heart and prayers go out to you all.

    Ron McNabb

  13. Sean Marconette Says:

Ron’s passing is a great loss. I had the opportunity to work with Ron for the past 27 years. I had the utmost respect for his knowledge in the electrical industry, and his electrical troubleshooting skills were something that few have, and an easy going good person. He would always go out of his way to stop by and say hi when passing through the Lenexa office. My thoughts and prayers to all family and friends.

When I started with Huxtable, Ron was one of the first to befriend me. We continued our bond of music, being outdoors and sharing stories of our Families over the next twelve years. He was an inspiration on living life and a wonderful Project Manager to work with. He will forever hold a place in my heart.
To all of his loved ones, I wish you peace.

Ron was one of those persons I met back in the junior high days stomping around Washburn campus. As the years past we kept up thru friends occasionally meeting each other waiting in line for lunch. He will be missed and my deepest sympathy to all his family. Chris
