Toni was born on July 27, 1960 to parents Rice and Martha Ward in Kansas City, Ks. She lived in the Kansas City area all of her life. Toni was a loving mother, grandmother and wonderful sister to her many siblings. She married Ronald Horvatic in December 1979 and the couple had two children together before divorcing in 1999. Toni was a favorite aunt and a loyal friend to many. Although she had little worldly wealth, she would share it with anyone in need. In Toni’s world, family and friends always came first. She will be remembered always as apologetically herself – with a big heart, zero filter, and a quick wit.
A Celebration of life will be held at a future date to be determined.
